Tasting Notes
This is a cup of coffee that perfectly compliments a cold winter day and will warm the soul!  While this coffee is very bold, it is also delicately smooth and complex with notes of baker's chocolate, a touch of earthiness, and spicy undertones.  The spice comes from the cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves and pepper that grow alongside the coffee trees.  This is just an all-around great bean that has made its way onto my favorites list!
